The transaction was led by Lalit Kumar (Partner) and Amandeep Singh Virk (Partner), with support from Associates Muskaan Gupta, Sameer Dahiya, Rahul Kapoor, and Aditi Sharma.

Fluence Pharma is a nutraceuticals company with products under brands including Hairfact and Skinfact.
This acquisition signals Honasa’s entry into the nutraceuticals market. The remaining shareholding in Fluence Pharma will be acquired by Honasa in two tranches over the next 5–7 years.
