Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has acquired a 58% stake in Fluence Pharma Private Limited for Rs.135 crore. JSA Advocates & Solicitors acted as legal counsel, advising Honasa on the strategic stake acquisition transaction.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised JSW Energy Limited on acquiring an 8.33% stake in Toshiba JSW Power Systems Private Limited for INR 150 crore. The deal involved purchasing 34,69,59,135 equity shares from Toshiba Corporation and marked a investment for JSW Energy.
Weaver Services Private Limited acquired 75.01% of Centrum Housing Finance from Centrum Capital and other shareholders. Khaitan & Co advised Weavers on this deal and on agreements with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia to purchase the remaining 24.99% stake in total.
