DSK Legal, one of India’s leading law firms, advised and supported Ceres Foods Private Limited operator of the fast-growing pan-Asian food and beverage brand MOI SOI along with its founder, Deb Shankar Mukherjee.
The matter involved the company’s first institutional fundraise from GVFL Emerging Enterprise Venture Trust and Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, the venture investment arm of Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting.
This round represents an important step forward for Ceres Foods, giving the company institutional backing to drive further growth and expansion of the MOI SOI brand across the food and beverage sector.
