Namrata Bhagwatula has more than 11 years of experience in areas such as private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate advisory.
She has handled many major and complex deals across sectors like renewable energy, healthcare, technology, and telecom. She has advised both global and Indian clients, including private equity funds, development finance institutions, and venture capital investors. Before joining SAM, she worked as Counsel at Trilegal in New Delhi.
Aneesh Gupte has strong experience in domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital and early-stage investments, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring, and general corporate matters.
He guides a wide range of clients, including large Indian companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capital funds, and start-ups. Prior to joining SAM, he served as a Partner at Desai & Diwanji.
