Khaitan & Co, one of India’s leading law firms, has advised Triton Fund II on its minority investment in Scikiq Data Private Limited during the Company’s Series A funding round. Scikiq Data Private Limited works in the area of licensing and commercialising its platform SCIKIQ, which offers no-code data analytics solutions along with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities.
Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel for Triton Fund II and supported the investor by carrying out legal due diligence on the Company, preparing, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents, and also offering assistance at every stage of the deal, including execution, pre-closing and the closing process connected to the investment.
