Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas partners Anchal Dhir and Shubham Rastogi have resigned and are now set to join Anagram Partners along with their teams, sources confirmed. Both lawyers have been integral members of CAM’s Corporate practice since starting their careers.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas partners Anchal Dhir and Shubham Rastogi are reportedly set to join Anagram Partners, together with their respective teams, sources close to the development confirm.
Anchal specialises in advising on M&A, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. She has worked with listed companies, along with their sponsors, acquirers, and investors, on a broad range of transactions, including control acquisitions and exits, PIPE deals, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.
Shubham has advised and represented a wide range of clients including corporates, promoter groups, family offices, private equity funds, and their portfolio entities on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestments, takeovers, fund raisings, de-listings, and exits, with a particular focus on listed-space transactions.
Both Dhir and Rastogi have been part of CAM’s Corporate practice since the early stages of their careers.
