AZB & Partners, India’s leading law firm, advised Cleanmax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited and its subsidiary, Clean Max Taurus Private Limited, in connection with Apple India Private Limited’s investment of up to a 49% stake in Taurus.
This deal represents an important step in Apple’s expanding footprint in India’s renewable energy landscape. Cleanmax is widely regarded as India’s largest renewable energy solutions provider for commercial and industrial clients.
Under this investment, Apple and Cleanmax have established a strategic partnership focused on developing and supplying renewable energy in India.
The AZB & Partners deal team was led by Niladri Maulik (Senior Partner) and Siddharth Khanna (Partner), with support from Priyasha Goyal (Senior Associate) and Mohit Sharma (Senior Associate).
