Law firm Trilegal appointed Sandeep Ghosh as its first Chief Executive Officer, signaling a major leadership transition as the firm looks ahead to its next stage of growth and expansion.
In its announcement, the firm said Ghosh will collaborate closely with its leadership team to advance key strategic priorities, enhance coordination across offices and practices, strengthen client relationships, and promote innovation initiatives.
Trilegal’s Partners and Members of the Management Committee Nishant Parikh and Sridhar Gorthi noted that the firm is entering a pivotal phase of its development and believes it needs stronger institutional capabilities to support future expansion.
Ghosh has over three decades of experience spanning banking, financial services, consumer, and advisory sectors. Trilegal added that he has led large-scale transformation efforts and created client-focused businesses across multiple global markets.
Before joining Trilegal, Ghosh served as Group Country Manager for India and South Asia at Visa. He has also held senior leadership roles at EY, AXA, ANZ, and Citi.
Earlier in his career, he held positions including Partner and Leader for Financial Services Consulting at EY, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at AXA, Managing Director and Commercial Banking Head for APAC at ANZ, and Executive Vice President for Commercial Banking in Asia at RBS.
