KhaitanCo has advised Just Climate on its new USD 67.5 million investment into Continuum Green Energy, reinforcing its growing commitment to India’s renewable sector. This follows Just Climate’s previous investment of USD 150 million in the company in September 2024, reinforcing its long-term commitment to supporting clean energy growth in India.

KhaitanCo has advised Just Climate on its latest investment of approximately USD 67.5 million in Continuum Green Energy, marking another major milestone in the renewable energy funding space.

This follows Just Climate’s previous investment of USD 150 million in the company in September 2024, reinforcing its long-term commitment to supporting clean energy growth in India.

According to the firm, the transaction involved a multidisciplinary team from KhaitanCo.

The core deal team consisted of Kartick Maheshwari, Shantanu Gupta, Mukul Aggarwal, Hardik Adlakha and Chaitanya Kishore S. They were supported by several specialised practice groups to ensure smooth execution of the investment.

The Antitrust team included Anisha Chand and Soham Banerjee, while Rahul Jain led the Direct Tax aspects of the transaction. The FVCI practice was handled by Divaspati Singh, Shikhar Kacker and Khusboo Agarwal.

The Capital Markets team, comprising Abhimanyu Bhattacharya, Aditya George Cheriyan and Vijayaraghavan Raman, also played a key role in structuring and regulatory compliance.
