Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised L&T Realty Properties on its 100% acquisition of International Green Scapes for an aggregate consideration of Rs.1,123 crore.
The Company holds land measuring 19.974 acres in Sector 81 and Sector 86, Gurugram, and is engaged in the construction, development, ownership, and maintenance of residential projects on the Project Land.
The Project Land is held under three licenses issued by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, for residential development purposes.
