Arvind Kejriwal appeared before the Delhi High Court to argue his plea seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the excise policy case. The court is also hearing the Central Bureau of Investigation plea challenging his discharge in the Delhi excise policy matter.
