Following her petition, a Mumbai court has issued a formal notice to Haag. Further details regarding the specific allegations and upcoming court hearings are yet to be disclosed.
Celina Jaitly and Peter Haag got married in 2011 in Austria. The couple first became parents to twin sons in March 2012, bringing happiness to their family. In 2017, they welcomed another set of twin boys, but the family suffered a heartbreaking tragedy when one of the infants passed away due to a hypoplastic heart condition.
Celina, widely recognized for her roles in popular films such as No Entry, Golmaal Returns, Thank You, Apna Sapna Money Money, and Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, has largely stayed away from the limelight in recent years. She has made headlines only occasionally, usually due to major personal developments.

This recent domestic violence complaint comes shortly after another legal plea filed by the actress. Last month, Celina had approached a Delhi court seeking legal intervention concerning her brother, Major (Retd.) Vikrant Jaitly.
She alleged that he had been “illegally abducted and detained” in the United Arab Emirates, where he has been residing since 2016.
Celina further stated that her brother was associated with the MATITI Group, a company involved in consultancy, trading, and risk management services.
She alleged that the Ministry of External Affairs had not been able to provide even basic information about his condition, legal status, or overall well-being since he was reportedly detained in September 2024.
Following her plea, the Delhi court directed the authorities to ensure that Celina’s family could contact her brother and facilitate communication with both Celina and his wife.
This case adds to the growing number of high-profile domestic violence and family law matters in India, highlighting the increasing use of the Domestic Violence Act by public figures to seek protection and legal remedies.
