CMS INDUSLAW Partners Siddharth Manchanda, Minhaz Lokhandwala and Rashi Saraf, along with 18 associates and retained partner Vinit Patwari, are set to join JSA Advocates & Solicitors. Their addition will significantly strengthen JSA’s corporate practice in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
CMS INDUSLAW Corporate Partners Siddharth Manchanda, Minhaz Lokhandwala and Rashi Saraf are set to join JSA Advocates & Solicitors, along with a team of 18 associates and one retained partner, Vinit Patwari.
Manchanda has spent over three years across two stints with CMS INDUSLAW in Mumbai. Backed by more than 17 years of experience, his practice spans venture capital and private equity deals, corporate M&A, debt financing and general corporate advisory.
He has handled domestic and cross-border matters across sectors such as e-commerce, telecom, education, banking, exhibitions, pharmaceuticals, insurance, power, logistics and financial services.
Lokhandwala has worked with CMS INDUSLAW in Mumbai for over five years. With 16 years of experience, he advises on venture capital, private equity, M&A and joint venture structuring. His work includes guiding clients on investment structures, negotiations, exits, share acquisitions and business transfers across various industries and geographies.
He has represented both promoters and investors in multiple investment and M&A transactions, and has developed niche expertise in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, along with D2C, e-commerce, IT, logistics and manufacturing.
Saraf has been part of CMS INDUSLAW’s Bengaluru office for more than six years. With 17 years of professional experience, she focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She advises on regulatory and structural aspects of domestic and cross-border deals for startups and established businesses, including promoters, family offices and investment funds.
Her experience covers sectors such as healthcare, education, ed-tech, real estate, consumer goods, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing and IT.
Manchanda and Lokhandwala will join JSA’s Mumbai office, while Saraf will be based in Bengaluru.
Recently, JSA also inducted Kushal Ramotre from CAM as a Partner in its Corporate practice.
