Antares Legal has advised SAMHI Hotels on its new lease agreement with Ingka Group for a 162-room upscale hotel in Noida. The project, part of Ingka Centres’ mixed-use development, marks a major expansion for SAMHI in Uttar Pradesh.
SAMHI Hotels Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, has signed a fresh agreement to lease an upscale hotel of nearly 162 rooms within the upcoming mixed-use development being created by INGKA Centres India Private Limited in Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
This hotel will form part of a large mixed-use project that will cover close to 2.5 million sq. ft.
The deal was completed with legal support from Antares Legal.
The advisory team for SAMHI Hotels consisted of Partner Siddharth Bhavnani, Partner Surbhi Kothiala and Associate Divyanshu Bansal.
The Noida development is being positioned as a landmark project.
The collaboration combines SAMHI’s established hotel operations platform with the global development strengths of Ingka Centres, aligning well with SAMHI’s approach of partnering with leading institutional players. Being located within a vibrant mixed-use setting, the hotel is expected to draw strong internal demand, consistent footfall and high visibility.
