Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (C&M) has announced that Natasha Tuli and Shreya Gupta have been promoted to partners.
Their addition further strengthens the firm’s senior leadership in corporate transactions and technology regulation, taking the total partner count to 20.
Natasha Tuli
Working from the New Delhi office, Natasha has been elevated as a partner in the Corporate and M&A team. With more than 17 years of experience, she advises corporates, investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions on complex transactional and advisory matters.
She has handled several major and strategic assignments across technology, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, life sciences, and renewable energy. Her areas of work include M&A, private equity, banking and finance, cross-border deals, corporate restructuring, and governance.
Natasha also has strong expertise in debt structuring, loan documentation, and security creation, representing both lenders and borrowers in major financing transactions. Before joining C&M, she worked with leading Indian law firms and held in-house roles with global organisations in the United Kingdom, giving her significant international exposure
Shreya Gupta
Shreya, based in Mumbai, becomes a partner in the firm’s Data Privacy, Cyber Security and Technology practice a rapidly expanding area of legal advisory. She is well known for her work involving technology, regulation, and compliance.
She advises Indian and global clients, including tech companies, fintechs, start-ups, and multinational corporations, on data protection, privacy frameworks, cybersecurity, and technology risk. Her experience includes compliance with the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other international data protection standards, along with cross-border data transfers and privacy strategy.
Shreya has previously served in global privacy and compliance roles with international organisations, giving her a strong mix of advisory and in-house experience. She also participates in industry initiatives and contributes to shaping best practices in the evolving privacy and tech environment.
