Congress leader Rahul Gandhi approached the Madhya Pradesh High Court expressing regret over alleged defamatory remarks against Kartikeya Singh Chouhan. The application stated that the comments made during an election campaign were not intended to refer to Kartikeya, in a defamation case filed before Bhopal court.
The Allahabad High Court has postponed the hearing on a petition challenging a Sambhal court order that refused to register an FIR against Rahul Gandhi. The case relates to his alleged remark about fighting the BJP, RSS, and the “Indian State,” with the next hearing scheduled for March 25.
