Justice M Nagaprasanna made the ruling after hearing arguments from both the defense and the prosecution.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) filed a 2,144-page chargesheet against Prajwal Revanna and HD Revanna in connection with four cases of sexual assault and harassment. The chargesheet includes over 130 witnesses and forensic evidence. Prajwal is accused of rape, while HD Revanna is charged with sexual harassment. Prajwal was arrested and is currently in judicial custody.
