A criminal contempt process has been initiated against AAP leaders and others over alleged scandalous remarks targeting a Delhi High Court judge. The petitioner has sought mandatory consent under law, after which the case will be formally filed before the court.
New Delhi, February 25: Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta has raised serious concerns over the delay in presenting the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report. He pointed out that the High Court made strong remarks on the issue and accused the previous government of violating constitutional norms.
