Supreme Court to Function During Summer Vacation 2026: 23 Benches to Hear Cases from June 1 to July 12

The Supreme Court of India has issued a Gazette notification announcing partial Court working days for the summer period of 2026, along with the constitution of Benches for hearing urgent matters. The notification has been issued under Rule 4 of Order II of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, on the direction of the Chief Justice of India.
