Speaking to ANI, the victim’s father revealed that his family has filed a petition in the High Court, submitting 54 questions in an effort to secure justice for his daughter.

Today, On 23rd October, the Supreme Court allowed Enforcement Directorate officer Ankit Tiwari to travel from Tamil Nadu to Madhya Pradesh, following his arrest in 2023 on bribery charges. Tiwari had been granted bail in March with travel restrictions. The case, under scrutiny, involves ongoing legal proceedings and potential CBI investigation.
Today, On 3rd October, AAP leader Satyendar Jain requested default bail from the Delhi High Court, arguing that the investigation into his money laundering case is incomplete. His legal team claims the trial court acted on insufficient evidence, challenging the validity of the charges. The hearing is scheduled for October 9.
