Gurugram Police have arrested the car driver accused of hitting a woman motorcyclist on Golf Course Road, and added charges of attempt to murder, stalking and outraging modesty under the BNS after examining camera footage. The complainant alleges she was chased and rammed; the accused’s family calls it an accident. The allegations are untested and the investigation is continuing.
