As per this notification, candidates who are in their final year of a 3-year or 5-year integrated L.L.B. degree program and do not possess enrollment certificates are now allowed to appear for the AIBE exam. The Supreme Court on Sept 20 allowed final-year law students to appear in the AIBE which is scheduled to take place on November 24.
