The incident, which occurred on October 29, 2024, involved “instances of lathi charge on the Advocates” within the court’s vicinity, an action SCAORA strongly condemns and insists “should be forthwith inquired into.”
SCAORA’s statement emphasizes the need for a “fair and impartial investigation into the incident” to uphold the dignity of the legal profession and ensure justice for those involved. They assert that only a transparent and unbiased probe can address the issue effectively.
