This strong move came after an urgent meeting held on 28th June 2025 by the Executive Committee of the Association to discuss the recent decision of shifting Digital Courts and N.I. After listening to everyone and understanding the ongoing problems, the Executive Committee of the Shahdara Bar Association unanimously took a firm stand.
“It has been unanimously resolved by the Executive Committee of Shahdara Bar Association (Regd.) to oppose the same.”
To show their opposition in a strong and peaceful way, the Association has also decided that all lawyers will stay away from their professional duties on the said date.

The notice further appeals to all the lawyers to support this decision and not attend any court proceedings, whether in-person or through online mode.
