Rajastha: A court has ordered the attachment of Bikaner House, a property owned by the Nokha municipal council in Rajasthan, due to its failure to pay an arbitral award of Rs 50.31 lakh to Enviro Infra Engineers Private Limited.
District Judge Vidya Prakash issued the order, noting that the 2020 arbitral award in favor of the company had attained finality after an appeal by the municipal council was dismissed earlier this year.
