First Resolution: Eight Advocates Recommended
The collegium, in its first resolution, proposed the elevation of the following eight lawyers to the bench:
- Siddheshwar Sundarrao Thombre
- Mehroz Ashraf Khan Pathan
- Ranjitsinha Raja Bhonsale
- Sandesh Dadasaheb Patil
- Shreeram Vinayak Shirsat
- Hiten Shamrao Venegavkar
- Rajnish Ratnakar Vyas
- Raj Damodar Wakode

Second Resolution: Six Advocates Recommended
Through a separate resolution, the collegium also recommended the following six advocates:
- Nandesh Shankarrao Deshpande
- Amit Satyavan Jamsandekar
- Ashish Sahadev Chavan
- Vaishali Nimbajirao Patil-Jadhav
- Abasaheb Dharmaji Shinde
- Farhan Parvez Dubash

Advocate Farhan Parvez Dubash holds the position of Secretary at the Bombay Bar Association, marking his prominence within the legal fraternity.
Advocate Hiten Shamrao Venegavkar is presently serving as the Chief Public Prosecutor for Maharashtra, bringing with him extensive prosecutorial experience.
