According to Ghose, “Rahul Gandhi used ED, CBI, IT to get successful bidders/media houses to surrender their airports or ports or news channels to Soros.”

NEW DELHI: In a statement over X (twitter), Senior Advocate Sanjoy Ghose of the Supreme Court of India leveled serious allegations against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Ghose criticized Gandhi for his alleged involvement in manipulating government policies and resources to benefit billionaire investor George Soros.
Ghose outlined the allegations in a series of pointed remarks, accusing Gandhi of abusing political power for personal gains. Below are the highlights of the charges raised:
Rahul Gandhi is alleged to have tampered with government tenders to favor George Soros. This charge raises significant concerns about fairness and transparency in governmental procurement processes.
According to Ghose, “Rahul Gandhi used ED, CBI, IT to get successful bidders/media houses to surrender their airports or ports or news channels to Soros.”
Ghose further claimed that Gandhi influenced foreign governments under the guise of state visits. He reportedly persuaded them to establish contracts with Soros.
The statement suggests that “Rahul Gandhi went to foreign governments on the pretext of state visits and persuaded them to enter into contracts with Soros.”
Another serious accusation is that Gandhi undermined Indian bureaucratic processes by protecting Soros from legal scrutiny.
“Rahul Gandhi suspended officers who issued show cause notices to Soros,” Ghose stated, accusing him of shielding Soros from official accountability.
Ghose alleged that Gandhi ignored blatant stock market manipulation and the influx of opaque funds linked to Soros.
He remarked that “Rahul Gandhi looked the other way, while Soros manipulated the stock market and brought in shady funds through opaque investors.”
This, Ghose claimed, was further compounded by Gandhi’s failure to take action, even though
“he favoured him by continuing the regulator who was compromised having invested in a Soros related fund.”
The accusations extended to granting undue favors in energy policies. Ghose asserted that “Rahul Gandhi ensured that a govt entity gave the state govts concessions only if they were willing to buy solar power from it supplied by Soros.
Lastly, Ghose criticized Gandhi for allegedly manipulating tenders to ensure long-term dependency on Soros’s assets.
“Rahul Gandhi modified a tender to handover transferable development rights (TDR) of a large part or metro to Soros making sure any major future construction would require the purchase of TDR from Soros.”
These accusations from Sanjoy Ghose bring to light critical concerns about the politics and corporate interests in India.
