Lawyers at Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court were caught on camera brutally assaulting a man after a heated argument on Friday. The shocking video quickly spread across social media, sparking outrage and raising concerns about violence inside court premises.
There was chaos at Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court on Friday after a man was allegedly attacked by a group of lawyers following an argument.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
In the footage, the man is seen being physically attacked by the lawyers. Sources indicate that he was a client who got into a dispute with several lawyers, leading to the assault.

The video shows bystanders, including a woman believed to be the man’s mother, attempting to intervene, but the lawyers continued to beat him, even tearing his shirt.
In response to the incident, the Delhi Police has filed a first information report (FIR) against the man after one of the lawyers lodged a complaint. Additionally, a female lawyer has accused him of molestation.
The police are currently investigating the case.
This is not the first time tensions have flared at Tis Hazari Court. Earlier, In 2019, a significant clash occurred between Delhi Police and lawyers over a parking dispute. That altercation resulted in injuries to at least 20 police officers and lawyers, along with damage to several vehicles.

Lawyers claimed that an advocate was assaulted by police during the parking disagreement. They stated that four other lawyers who attempted to assist the advocate were also mistreated by law enforcement, which led to the outbreak of violence.
However, the Delhi Police maintained that their officials had asked the advocate to park in the designated area as his vehicle was obstructing traffic, prompting the argument that escalated into a larger conflict.
