1️⃣ Educational Qualification
✔ For Direct Recruitment:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
✔ For Recruitment by Transfer:
Candidates must possess a Law Degree and must be a confirmed employee or approved probationer in the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial and Subordinate Services. Eligible categories include:
- Section Officers
- Court Officers
- Personal Secretaries
- Assistant Librarians
- Other judicial service staff
2️⃣ Age Limit (As of February 1, 2025)
✔ For Direct Recruitment: Maximum age 35 years
✔ For Recruitment by Transfer: Maximum age 48 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/BC/EWS: +5 years (up to 40 years)
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): +10 years (up to 45 years)
