Delhi High Court has issued a notice in a Rs.2 crore defamation case against YouTuber Ajeet Bharti. The case is linked to two posts shared from his verified X account @ajeetbharti on March 22 and 23.

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has begun proceedings in a defamation case filed by TFI Media Pvt Ltd, issuing notices to YouTuber Ajeet Bharti and another party.
TFI Media is seeking Rs 2.1 crore in damages over alleged defamatory statements made on X (formerly Twitter).
The case was presented on Tuesday before Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav.
Justice Kaurav has directed the respondents to submit written replies within 30 days of receiving the notices, with the next hearing scheduled for July 7.
The case centers around two posts from Bharti’s verified account, @ajeetbharti, dated March 22 and 23. TFI Media claims these posts were intentionally misleading and harmful to the company’s reputation, labeling them as “baseless,” “malicious,” and “cryptic.”
