Ashneer Grover and his wife, Madhuri Jain Grover, petitioned the Delhi High Court seeking permission to travel abroad together. Both are currently under a lookout circular in connection with an investigation into the alleged misappropriation of Rs 81 crore at BharatPe.
New Delhi: Delhi High Court Justice Sanjeev Narula requested a status report from the Delhi Police and postponed the case to September 17.
The couple involved also contested the issuance of Look Out Circulars (LOCs) in the Delhi High Court, and this matter remains unresolved.
Represented by lawyer Giriraj Subramanium, the couple contends that they have adhered to prior court rulings, which permitted them to travel abroad separately, and are now seeking approval to travel together.
