Delhi High Court has sought responses from Arvind Kejriwal and others in a criminal contempt case over alleged remarks against Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma . The matter has been listed for further hearing on August 4 for consideration.
A Division Bench of Justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja of the Delhi High Court will tomorrow hear contempt proceedings against Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh after Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma flagged “defamatory and vilifying” allegations.
