A Delhi court has granted 26/11 terror accused Tahawwur Rana the permission for one supervised phone call to his family, subject to jail regulations. The court has requested reports on his health and future communication rights. Rana, a Pakistani-Canadian businessman, is involved in the planning of the Mumbai attacks.
