A Delhi court has granted three weeks’ interim bail to Swatantra Bhardwaj in a case connected to the Cockroach Janta Party protest at Jantar Mantar in July. Two FIRs have been registered against him. The court has ordered the proceedings to be held in camera, and a detailed order is awaited. The allegations remain untested.
