A Bengaluru Special Court has reserved its order till January 22 on the Lokayukta’s ‘B-report’ seeking closure of the MUDA land allotment case involving CM Siddaramaiah and others. The court has also directed the physical appearance of all accused on January 17 while probes by Lokayukta and ED continue.
The Karnataka High Court postponed the hearing of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s appeal regarding the MUDA case, accommodating lawyers’ requests for a delayed date. Siddaramaiah challenged a single judge’s order allowing investigation of alleged irregularities tied to land compensation granted to his wife, Parvathi, amidst ongoing corruption allegations.
