Elevation Capital V Limited sold equity shares of One97 Communications Limited (Paytm’s parent company) on the NSE and BSE for a total consideration of Rs.963.6 crore. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Elevation Capital and its affiliates as legal counsel for the transaction.
