The Delhi High Court has reserved its order on Law Minister Kapil Mishra’s plea seeking copies of the chargesheet in a case over his alleged objectionable tweets during the 2020 Delhi Assembly polls. The case stems from a complaint filed by the returning officer under Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act.
The Lucknow Police issued a strict directive prohibiting minors from driving vehicles. Parents will face penalties if their children are found driving without a valid license. Penalties include fines up to Rs. 25,000 and potential vehicle registration cancellation. The police will also conduct awareness campaigns to educate the public about the dangers and consequences of underage driving.
