The Delhi High Court criticised the government for scheduling outdoor sports during peak pollution months, warning that “school students cannot be called for damage to lungs.”
The Court has sought a reply within four weeks and asked the government to reschedule sports events from next year.

Concerns were raised about further protests violating court orders, reinforcing the need for unbiased law enforcement.
Today(on 8th April), Tamil Nadu government raised concerns before Madras High Court regarding Election Commission’s ban on school children in political gatherings. Advocate General PS Raman cited PM Modi’s roadshow as reference. The case involves allegations against a school principal under the JJ Act. The court suspended the investigation until the final hearing on April 24.
