Senior Advocate Shyam Divan flagged that the Discoms vs JSW case was shifted from the Supreme Court’s roster bench without explanation, raising serious concerns. The Court has now directed the matter to be listed before the appropriate bench in December.
NEW DELHI: 24th March, The Delhi High Court directs Delhi Police to submit a note on the role of accused Tasleem Ahmed in the larger conspiracy behind the Delhi riots. Previously, Delhi High Court has decided to list the bail plea of Tasleem Ahmed before the roster bench for hearing. Earlier, a special bench was hearing his plea along with other accused in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case.
