Justice Krishna Rao heard Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay’s plea challenging the appointment, citing party recommendation issues.

Hearing Sobhandeb Chattopadhyay’s challenge, the Court directed that the Speaker’s recognition order be placed on record and scheduled further hearing for June 16.
