The PIL aims to invalidate the Maharashtra State Reservation Act 2024, alleging discrimination and violation of constitutional articles. The Bombay High Court rebuked a petitioner for including the Chief Minister and the legislature as respondents. Multiple petitions against the new reservation are being consolidated for review next month.
