Rabri Devi has approached a Delhi court seeking the transfer of the IRCTC scam case from Judge Vishal Gogne. The court has issued a notice to the CBI, asking the agency to respond by December 6.
Today, On 24th December, A Delhi court declined its decision on the regular bail plea of Jammu and Kashmir MP Rashid Engineer. After hearing the arguments, the court chose to delay the ruling. Rashid Engineer had applied for regular bail in relation to alleged offenses. The court will continue to examine the case before issuing a final order.
Today, On 6th November, the Supreme Court directed the Ajit Pawar-led NCP to publish a disclaimer about the ‘clock symbol’ dispute within 24 to 36 hours, clarifying its legal status. This follows an ongoing legal challenge by Sharad Pawar’s faction regarding symbol usage after the NCP split and Election Commission decisions.

Rajeev Chandrasekhar filed a defamation case against Shashi Tharoor for alleging voter bribery during the 2024 Lok Sabha campaign.
