NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Wednesday postponed the hearing in the phone tapping case involving Additional SP Tirupatanna to January 2. The bench, comprising Justice B.V. Nagaratna and Justice Koteshwar Singh, decided to adjourn the case to January 2.
Tirupatanna, who is seeking bail, had approached the apex court after being accused of illegal surveillance on multiple individuals.
