The Supreme Court has extended the suspension of journalist and activist Gautam Navlakha’s bail in the Bhima Koregaon case, following a directive from the Bombay High Court. The stay order will be extended until the next hearing in March. Navlakha has been accused of inciting caste violence and having ties to Maoist groups.
