Former Kerala High Court judge Justice S. Siri Jagan passed away in Kochi after an illness at the age of 74.
He is remembered for his distinguished judicial career and key post-retirement roles in legal education and public administration.
The Centre has notified the appointment of Justice A Muhamed Mustaque as the Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court following the Supreme Court Collegium’s recommendation. With his elevation, the Sikkim High Court will reach its full sanctioned strength of three judges.
