Kashi Math Dispute: Supreme Court Lets Successor Pontiff Continue Execution Without Fresh Substitution Before The Court That Passed The Decree

The Supreme Court declined to interfere with a Kerala High Court ruling allowing the successor of a Kashi Math pontiff to continue execution of a 2009 decree directly before the executing court, under Section 146 read with the Explanation to Order XXI Rule 16 of the CPC, without first obtaining substitution from the court that passed the decree.
