The Delhi High Court has issued notice to Priya Kapoor regarding the seizure of Sanjay Kapoor’s mobile phone in the ongoing family property and will dispute. The court is examining claims linked to digital records of the alleged will and has fixed the matter for further hearing on February 26.
The Delhi High Court has concluded hearings in the Sunjay Kapur estate dispute and reserved its order on the interim plea filed by his children with Karisma Kapoor against widow Priya Sachdev Kapur. The court also clarified that no further filings will be allowed before the judgment is pronounced.
Priya Kapur’s minor son opposed Karisma Kapoor’s children in the Delhi High Court, calling their challenge to Sunjay Kapur’s will baseless and driven by assumptions. The court will continue hearing arguments on the disputed multi-crore estate next week.
Delhi High Court permits Priya Sachdev Kapur to submit details of Sunjay Kapur’s estate in a sealed cover, maintaining confidentiality. Copies of the will will be shared with family, while the original stays with the court.
