Suraj Kumar Bauddh has written to Attorney General R. Venkataramani seeking criminal contempt proceedings against Aniruddhacharya and YouTuber Ajeet Bharti for abusive remarks targeting CJI B.R. Gavai. He warns these statements “incite violence against judges and endanger the independence of the judiciary.”
