Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court has extended the judicial custody of Rajesh Khimji and his friend Tehseen Syed till October 6 in connection with the attack on the Delhi Chief Minister. Both were produced via video conferencing following their arrest by Delhi Police.

Today, on October, 7th, in the Delhi Waqf Board money laundering case, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan’s judicial custody has been extended until October 21. Arrested on September 2, Khan is accused of money laundering linked to a ₹36 crore property in Okhla. The ED argues for the extension to prevent evidence tampering, while Khan’s defense claims cooperation with the investigation.

Special Judge Kaveri Baweja today extended Arvind Kejriwal’s judicial custody till September 3, following CBI’s revelation that he promised Rs 90 lakhs to 40 Goa election candidates, with funding from the South Group. The court is considering a supplementary charge sheet. Kejriwal remains in Tihar jail, with his bail plea deferred by the Supreme Court until September 5.
