The PMLA Appellate Tribunal has dismissed Congress MP Karti P Chidambaram’s appeal and upheld the ED’s attachment of his Delhi property and bank accounts worth crores in the INX Media money laundering case.
The Delhi High Court heard Karti Chidambaram’s plea seeking changes to his bail conditions to permit international travel amid the ongoing CBI investigation in the INX Media corruption case. The court has reserved its order.
